Buying the cables:  

I strongly recommend and encourage potential buyers to reach out to me directly before making a purchase. As a result, there is no option to buy directly from the website. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, I don't offer upper tier, mid-tier or entry-level cables. Each cable is meticulously crafted for specific types of components, ensuring optimal performance. 

Under the screen name "Nightingale Audio," you can find my listings on various sites. I have tested my cables extensively, fine-tuning them to work optimally with specific components. While I cannot speak for other cable manufacturers, I personally subject my cables to rigorous scrutiny, testing their performance with hundreds of components to ensure they work seamlessly with specific setups.  

My goal is to provide you with the right cable for your specific component, and I'm dedicated to this level of precision and customer satisfaction. 

In-Home Demonstrations:  

There's no need for a purchase, commitment, concerns about returns or taking any risks – there's absolutely nothing to lose making it a risk-free opportunity for you. If you are curious about trying Nightingale Audio cables, I'm delighted to offer demonstrations in your own system. This eliminates guesswork, as you're already familiar with your setup, allowing you to notice the immediate difference when the cables are swapped. It's the most effective way to experience the impact of the cables, and you have absolutely nothing to lose in the process. 

Alternatively, if you prefer to take it at your own pace, I suggest purchasing a demo cable to try it out. If it doesn't meet your needs, you can return it hassle-free. Additionally, we have two locations in the Bay Area (Northern California), in Hayward and Oakland, where you can experience cable demos in our systems.  

This ensures you have various options to explore and find the best fit for your audio setup. 

New Cables:  

Returns are not accepted for new cables as each cable is meticulously crafted to your unique specifications, including length, terminations, IEC connector type, and the specific cable type tailored for your component. I don't maintain a stock of pre-made cables; instead, each cable is individually tailored to your order and customized for your system. The process of crafting these cables is time-consuming, and storing pre-made cables incurs additional costs. If a cable is returned, it cannot be resold as new; instead, it is offered as a used cable at a discounted price   

Demo-Cables:  

These cables are designated for in-home demonstrations or events tailored to specific systems. They will be offered at a discounted price upon availability. As pre-owned cables, they are eligible for return if the performance does not meet your satisfaction. A two-week (14 days) return policy is in place, and the cables must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping, and no re-stocking fee will be applied.
